Oscars without Jolie-Pitt, gray as a tombstone

As I watched the show, had my eyes as well on my laptop where I was checking constantly the Oscar.com page. Facebook comments were pouring about "where's Angelina?", "where's Brad?", etc...I'm afraid the Oscars lost a lot in terms of enthusiasm because these two stars were not there to shine bright. I spoke on occasions with various friends that the Academy has done no justice to Brad Pitt in several occasions. Why should Jolie-Pitt be there to be humiliated again?! I salute and applaud you two for your slap in the face of the hypocrisy. Kudos to you!
Now, coming back to the show, it seems that recession is finally showing. Gowns were not as bright, the show in itself was not as glamourous as in previous years...

Oh, who the %$@*&^$%)*&% made Kristen Stewart such a big friggin' star????? I hear? The chick's completely wasted EVERYTIME I see her...her Academy moment tonight was beyond any acceptable limits...she was kicking her legs as possessed! The chick is hard on crack, and that's obvious! Come to think that she's a ROLE MODEL for young girls, OMG!

Let me start with a big HELL YEAHHHHH for Sandy Bullock! Great job, girl! I almost started to think that the other black girl from Precious will get the Oscar as well...and it was such a shame, 'cause Sandy was fenomenal in the Blind Side.
I have to admit that I didn't watch The Hurt Locker, and this is what I'm going to do so as soon as I can. Even though I'm not a great war movie fan, the fact that Kathryn Bigelow won the Best Film award kicking her ex's ass (James Cameron) both in the Academy Awards picks as well as at the Baftas, makes me credit it big from the start. 9 friggin' awards!

As far as fashion is concerned, I didn't really see anything to knock me down my sofa. Cute, but safe dresses were worn by big trendsetters, like Kate Winslet and Sandra Bullock. Their dresses caught my eye. Wow, I almost forgot! Kudos for Sigourney Weaver tonight, for her bold choice of red! Few actresses along the way had the guts to do it on the red carpet, since it's considered a big NO NO, but Sigourney did it and shone tonight. Otherways, J-Lo was a cabbage queen, with a dress that seemed to be made out of bubble wrap. And what was even more hilarious? She had the same Armani Privee dress as Amanda Seyfriend, an aspiring starlet.
Man, I pitty Marc Anthony tonight...:D
